Benjamin Netanyahu is an Israeli politician who has served as the Prime Minister of Israel since 2009. He is also the leader of the right-wing Likud party. Netanyahu is the first Israeli Prime Minister to be born in Israel after the establishment of the state.

Netanyahu has been involved in politics since the late 1970s, and has held a number of high-profile positions in the Israeli government. He served as the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations from 1984 to 1988,
