City: Hubli

Hubli, officially known as Hubballi, is a city located in the northern part of the Indian state of Karnataka. It is the second-largest city in the state and forms a twin city along with Dharwad, which is situated adjacent to it. Collectively, the area is referred to as Hubli-Dharwad.
